As promised and long overdue I have a quick review of Barita Prima's House Blend. This is a good cup of medium dark roasted coffee. For those of you who like dark roasted coffee it may not have enough legs but for a first cup in the morning it will more than suffice. I just tried a cup in the late afternoon having just purchased a box from Bed, Bath and Beyond. It certainly will not keep me up tonight and am enjoying the taste. It is not bitter and the after taste is not watery or weak. The aroma is almost sweet and the flavor does grow with each treasured sip.
